Course Description This class introduces the student to the basics of using "Articles Pyrotechnic/1.4G Professional Use Only" products. The course will cover the difference between these items and display or consumer fireworks. Students will learn about the different types of devices, where these devices should be used, how to set up these devices, safety measures, and transportation. There will be a lecture, followed by an examination, and then a hands-on session. Students will get to install an igniter and fire one device. A certificate of training will be issued to those students who complete all portions of the class. Water will be provided.
