Items students should bring PPE Including safety glasses, a head covering or hard hat, hearing protection, and wear cotton clothing with long sleeves and long pants (turnout gear is acceptable). Flame retardant layers and boots are recommended for the outdoor portion of the class. It will be June in Washington State, so the weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared.
An electronic firing system. We do not sell firing systems, but anything from a simple system off Amazon.com to a full Cobra system is fine, as long as it can fire at least a single cue twice. Please bring at least two igniters that work with your system. Please reach out if you have questions about igniters.
It is highly recommended to bring a pen, pencil, clip board or other hard surface to write on, highlighter, and paper for taking notes. We will be in a farm shop and outside.
