Members of the media are allowed inside the PGI Annual Convention during operating hours. All media personnel must report to the PGI Member Registration area to sign the necessary forms and receive press credentials. For safety and insurance reasons, no one is allowed on the convention grounds without valid attendee or press credentials.
Please bring proof of press affiliation, as you would to any other closed convention. A driver’s license and/or business card are not adequate credentials.
Contact us in advance to receive a Convention Press Packet and parking passes and/or to schedule interviews with PGI representatives.

Credentialed media teams will be assigned a PGI escort at check-in. Credentialled media must remain with their PGI escort at all times while in designated areas. No credentials or escorts are required in the public seating area.
Media personnel may not videotape, photograph, or interview anyone without the consent of the speaker/presenter or a member of the PGI Board of Directors.
The media is invited to photograph or record featured evening displays. Previously credentialed members of the media must wear PGI press credentials and remain with a PGI escort at all times. Teams should arrive at least 30 minutes before the display begins; otherwise, we may not be able to provide an escort. Press hours are 9am – midnight daily during the PGI convention.
