2012 Convention - Vending

If you're a vendor and looking for information about registering for Class C Sales, Supply Sales or the Trade Show you've come to the right place. We've setup a page for each vending area with the forms you'll need.

The All-In-One includes all the necessary forms to register to vend at the PGI Convention. Policies for the Trade Show, Class C and Supply Sales along with the Vehicle Registration Form are included as well. Please note that the Vechicle Registration Form must be completed in triplicate for each vehicle. Safety and Security get a copy and one stays with the vehicle.

Vendors must contact their respective Vending Chairperson prior to arriving at Convention and expecting to be able to setup and vend. Prior approval to be a Vendor at Convention is required in all cases.

The various vending areas are only available to PGI member's in good standing who've registered for Convention and paid the necessary fees. Member's must have their Convention credentials to enter these areas and to make purchases.
